A cold and busy weekend was spent cooking a lovely hog roast in Laurieston for Stan and Barbara’s golden wedding. Their family and friends had gathered en-mass to help them celebrate this milestone. We where their chosen caterers as they particularly wanted a whole hog roasted at the venue. This being our speciality they had made the correct choice. The venue was a the Laurieston Social and Welfare club they made us feel really welcome and the event was a real success for all involved. Another fantastic weekend catering in fife, firstly at a garden party in St.Andrews for Robert and Samantha. Hog roast St.Andrews had a very warm welcome from all their guests. Serving canapes including roast beef in mini Yorkshire puds with horseradish cream, smoked salmon on oatcakes in a cream cheese Indian selection and veggie halloumi kebabs, our own free range hog roast with salads and our special saltier potatoes, baby new potatoes tossed in a herb butter with pinhead oatmeal.
