Friday saw us up in Aberdeen again for the Park Inn Hotel for a hog roast at an oil and gas company party, this is the second time we have been at this venue for this event. It was a simple menu 1 consisting of Hog Roast rolls with crispy crackling and a range of sauces. It was a fantastic day and we served outside under our gazebo. Serving 200 hungry people pulled pork rolls in the Aberdeen sunshine we thought how lucky we are to be back at this event. With everybody well fed and happy we said our farewells and departed for the trip home, with Jimmy the chef treated to a fish supper from the famous Carron fish bar on the way home! A great hog roast in Aberdeen!
