Hog Roast Glasgow – Festive Feasts And Wreath-Making Magic!
The Hog Roast Glasgow team has absolutely sleighed at every festive event we’ve been part of this holiday season! Driven by our passion for Christmas and serving incredible food, we’ve been firing on all cylinders lately. But it’s not just us—our clients have truly brought the magic this year! The creativity and enthusiasm of our customers have been nothing short of inspiring, pushing us to make every celebration unforgettable and even more festive than the last.
Just last week, we had the most wonderful time serving up our Festive Menu at a wreath-making event followed by a delicious lunch with the one and only Santa Claus! The event welcomed 65 guests and took place in a beautifully decorated hotel function suite. Every corner sparkled with red, green, gold, and silver décor, while holly and mistletoe garlands adorned the tables, complete with candy cane accents.
Our Hog Roast Glasgow team arrived early to ensure the day went off without a hitch. With hours of preparation ahead, we set to work crafting a holiday feast to remember. Meanwhile, in the next room, guests were busy creating beautiful Christmas wreaths under the expert guidance of a professional florist. Their laughter and chatter were the perfect soundtrack as we prepared the centrepiece of our menu: succulent roast turkey with cranberry sauce and sage and onion stuffing. We also ensured plant-based guests were well catered for with BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls and zesty ‘slaw.
As the wreath-making wrapped up, the guests eagerly made their way to the dining hall, where the tantalising aroma of our buffet awaited them. Alongside the main dishes, we had prepared a host of classic festive sides: creamy cauliflower cheese, crispy golden roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, and glazed seasonal vegetables, all topped with velvety gravy. Every plate was piled high, and every guest left satisfied.
The highlight of the day? A visit from Santa Claus himself! His jolly spirit and playful antics added an extra layer of magic to an already enchanting event, delighting kids and adults alike.
To finish the feast, Hog Roast Glasgow treated everyone to warm mince pies with indulgent brandy cream and steaming cups of non-alcoholic mulled wine. It was the perfect end to a truly unforgettable day – one we’re proud to have been part of!
