Dinner And The Shows With Hog Roast Laurencekirk In The Easter Holidays

Hog Roast LaurencekirkDuring the Easter break there are all kinds of great events going on around Laurencekirk. With the kids of school and some of us off work there are plenty of wonderful activities put on to help celebrate the spring season and the warmer weather. One such activity which will no doubt be recognised all around Scotland is the spring shows, or the spring fairs to give it another name.

These shows spring up in just about every town in Scotland during the Easter holidays, giving us and our kids plenty of thrills to enjoy during the break. Hog Roast Laurencekirk were fortunate enough to be invited for an afternoon out to one in Laurencekirk to add our special hog roast catering as a dining option for any attendees. Rollercoasters, bumper cars, and hog roast rolls – what better a day out could you find in all of Scotland for Easter?

Hog Roast LaurencekirkThe weather, as usual, has of course been its usual temperamental spring self in the last few weeks, but thankfully for the Hog Roast Laurencekirk team that were out on site it was one of the rare sunnier days (with just one very quick spring shower to keep them on their toes). This allowed our team to do what they do best and put on a show to attract in attendees with our full hog roast on display, cooking away in spectacular style. Even amongst the other attractions on show, the Hog Roast Laurencekirk team certainly did not look out of place at the fair.

We spent the afternoon serving up hog roast rolls, sausages, burgers, and sides of fries to attendees of the fair. For those not wanting to be thrust up into the air on the slingshot ride, or can’t stomach a rollercoaster, there was a much better (and calmer) time to be had down below with our Hog Roast Laurencekirk team, just munching away on pork roll after pork roll. That’s all the thrills that we want to enjoy, anyway!

We had an excellent time out and would love to return again soon before the holidays end.
