Hog Roast Stirling Barbecues Are Back On The Menu With The September Heatwave!

When the sun is out, the grill comes back out! Just as our Hog Roast Stirling teams were getting ready to shelve the barbecues with the end of summer, this September heatwave week had us all dragging them straight back out and hitting the road for a slew of excellent outdoor events and barbecues all across the country.

It might as well be tradition in Britain for the barbecue to come out with the sun. We get so few opportunities in this country to enjoy a bit of sunshine, so when we do we all like to go all out with a classic barbecue. Our Hog Roast Stirling gourmet barbecue range gives customers high quality versions of all their barbecue favourites. Our burgers and sausages, for example, come handmade from high quality locally sourced meats, while our sides such as our gourmet coleslaw are also made fresh that day from fresh vegetables and ingredients. The result is an excellent barbecue that everyone is going to love!

Hog Roast StirlingWith the sun out this week we were all too happy to be out grilling and flipping up huge batches of burgers, sausages, ribs, veg skewers, and plenty more. But of course with it being a heatwave we also had to keep one eye on customer safety too. Your chefs and serving teams at Hog Roast Stirling are cognisant of the dangers that prolonged periods in such intense heat as this kind of heatwave brought can provide. As a caterer it is always our duty to ensure guests are not only well fed, but also that they are comfortable and, above all, safe. For us that means keeping your foods covered from the sun, which is why at a lot of our barbecues you’ll have seen our chefs prepping under our serving tent. It also means keeping guests covered where possible too, and ensuring they are well hydrated – something which are serving team have been excellent in this week when working with guests!

All the safety is there so that we can keep having fun at your events, and fun we indeed did have with your many barbecues! We only wish that the heatwave could extend out to next week too!
