This march saw an influx of companies wanting to offer an event to remember for their staff to say thank you for all the hard work, with foodies and families flocking to the picturesque park to enjoy a delicious feast and a day of fun activities that can be enjoyed by everyone.

That’s exactly what Simon did for his team as he booked a delicious Hog Roast to say thank you for doing such a great job. The smell of succulent, juicy pork filled the air as the hog roast cooked perfectly on a spit. The Hog Roast East Killbride team were happy to chat with visitors as they prepared the feast, explaining the process and answering questions about how they worked.

Employees had plenty of tasty dishes, including pulled pork sandwiches with apple sauce, and of course, the star of the show – the Crispy Crackling. The  tender shredded meat and crispy crackling were a hit with everyone, and there was plenty to go around. A selection of freshly made salads were also on offer with creamy coleslaw along with a mixture of both sweet potato and regular fries fresh from the fryers.

While the food was undoubtedly a highlight of the event, there was plenty more that Simon had booked for his staff to enjoy along with a special bar on wheels offering a signature cocktail for everybody to enjoy. The event united the staff and created a sense of unity and connection.

The Hog Roast East Killbride put in much effort to make the event a success to make sure Simons staff knew how much they were appreciated by their boss. What’s better the team have already been booked for next years event as everybody enjoyed everything the food so much.
