Our team kicked things off with our ever-popular Alfresco Menu, perfect for an outdoor soirée. Guests tucked into succulent hog roast sandwiches, layered with salty crackling, sage and onion stuffing, and a slather of homemade applesauce. For the veggie and vegan crowd, we dished up grilled veggie and halloumi kebabs, paired with cool tzatziki and fluffy flatbreads.

But the showstopper was definitely the charcuterie boards! Imagine bamboo platters stacked sky-high with Italian cheeses, artisan breads, cured meats, juicy grapes, olives, and dips galore. It was equal parts delicious and Instagrammable!

And because no party is complete without something sweet, we made sure dessert was just as unforgettable. Think chocolate profiterole towers and strawberry vacherins with passionfruit cream; total showstoppers that had everyone reaching for their phones (and then their forks).
