To commemorate their 10th wedding anniversary, this lovely couple decided to renew their vows with a celebration to remember. With 100 guests to feed, they called in Hog Roast Perth for our Southern Slow Roast Menu; and let’s just say, the food was the talk of the day (after the vows, of course!).

Held right in their own back garden, the vow renewal was brimming with love, laughter, and the mouth-watering aroma of slow-roasted perfection. Guests mingled over glasses of fizz, relaxed on picnic blankets, and eagerly lined up for a feast worth remembering.

Our buffet featured fall-apart Texan 24-hour beef brisket, nippy Cajun-spiced whole roasted chicken, and melt-in-your-mouth minted lamb – all lovingly marinated in our secret rubs and flame-roasted to perfection. For the plant-based guests, our BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls brought the same bold, smoky flavour to the table.

And no feast is complete without sides that sing: crunchy coleslaw, buttery corn cobettes, and gooey, loaded mac and cheese made sure every guest had something delicious to devour.
