The experienced Hog Roast Stirling team can put together practically any style of food. We still offer traditional hog roasts, with the meat being served in rolls with apple sauce. However, over the years, people´s tastes have changed.
As a result, we now offer a range of spit roasted meats, including other pork joints, beef, lamb, turkey and chicken. It is also possible to hire us to cook barbecued meats and items like sausages or kebabs, even vegetarian burgers. To go with the meat we offer a long list of side dishes. For example, canapés, salads, coleslaws, steamed vegetables and roast or jacket potatoes.
If you want, you can simply order one of our fixed menus, or put together your own using the dishes we normally serve as a reference point. We want you to be able to serve the food that you know your guests will enjoy.
To make sure this is possible we offer a range of foods that are suitable for those who are vegan, vegetarian or have special dietary needs. Once cooked by our professional chefs the food can either be served buffet style or as a hot carvery. For those who prefer to have their guests seated and served by us, there is also a full waiter service available.
