For weddings and other more formal parties, our table service option is particularly popular. Our professional chefs will still cook the high-quality, fresh, meat using our spit roasters, but it is just as likely to be beef, lamb or turkey that they cook. This is sliced and served with a range of steamed vegetables, potatoes and a tasty sauce or gravy on china plates, by our waiting team.
If you prefer, we can still have the chef slice and serve the meat direct to each guest and have them help themselves to a carvery style buffet. Or, we can provide a range of salads, desserts, canapés and other types of food. If some of your guests have special dietary needs you can still hire us, our chefs are very experienced and happy to adapt how they work to your specific needs.
