A cold and busy weekend was spent cooking a lovely hog roast in Laurieston for Stan and Barbara’s golden wedding. Their family and friends had gathered en-mass to help them celebrate this milestone. We where their chosen caterers as they particularly wanted a whole hog roasted at the venue. This being our speciality they had made the correct choice. The venue was a the Laurieston Social and Welfare club they made us feel really welcome and the event was a real success for all involved. Seeing the way some of the guests enjoyed themselves you would have thought they where nearer to seventeen than seventy.
